Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time, therefore the treatment may not be as effective or as therapeutic for you. If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time you may lose your appointment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
